NeuroGraphica is a transformational drawing method rooted in multiple scientific disciplines like psychology, philosophy, sociology, psychosynthesis, art history and neuroesthetics. NeuroGraphica drawings are always abstract and composed of natural lines and forms. You yourself give meaning and content to the elements of your drawing.
Every problem has a graphical solution. We draw with full attention to how every line, shape and colour affects our thoughts, feelings and body - and we notice what that reveals about our chosen theme for the session. During the drawing process our perception shifts, or new perspectives arise through activating new neural pathways in our brain. As the process unfolds, we often enter a state of flow, especially when things begin to unravel or shift. Insights and outcomes tend to emerge naturally—either afterward or while contemplating the drawing as we go. We continue drawing and colouring until we genuinely like what we see, and the starting point - a theme, a goal, a vague plan, worry, subconscious belief - has undergone a positive transformation.
When you use the NeuroGraphica method, you always create something beautiful to look at while your unconscious mind continues to work on the matter beneath the surface.
Explore a topic in a playful and graphical way. I am a certified NeuroGraphica specialist and hold themed workshops where we use this drawing method. I also use the method in 'creative reflection' which is a 1:1 conversation with a coaching approach where you draw around a theme of your choice.

BACKGROUND
The NeuroGraphica method was founded in 2014 by Pavel Piskarev, Doctor of Science in Psychology, Professor, Speaker, Toposopher, Artist, Architect.
